WGNRR Africa is a feminist organization committed to achieving equal rights for all and to ensuring that gender equality is fully incorporated in all our work, and establishing partnerships with individuals and organizations that share our values to realize our goals.

We promote gender equality, gender inclusion, and sexual and reproductive health and rights for all, and we strive for a just distribution of power, resources, and opportunities between all individuals. 

We recognize that gender is not binary and that terms and definitions related to gender and sexuality are diverse and continue to evolve. Therefore, we aspire to be a truly inclusive and diverse organization. We create and promote the inclusion of all gender identities and orientations in our workplace, culture, and policies in order to meet the emerging needs of all.

We recognize the unequal status, power relations, and access to and control over resources between genders and ages.
