In collaboration with the Centre for Reproductive Rights (CRR)/Kenya, WGNRR Africa facilitated a 2-day workshop in Bagamoyo for 21 reproductive rights defenders (RRDs) from Tanzania to build a common understanding of strategic litigation as an advocacy strategy and foster collaboration around a reproductive right case. During the two days, RRDs were equipped with skills to effectively engage in assessing the viability and feasibility of strategic litigation in Tanzania and foster a multi-stakeholders synergy and collaboration around a reproductive rights case at the national level. The workshop resulted in a collective commitment of participants to explore opportunities to work together around a reproductive rights strategic litigation case in Tanzania. Read more here.
