From 10th to 12th March 2022, WGNRR Africa brought together 20 young people representing their 8 organisations from Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda in a 3-day stigma reduction session to strengthen their skills in countering stigma and discrimination faced by young people on access to contraceptives (A2C), access to safe abortion (A2SA), and access to comprehensive sexuality education (A2CSE). During the workshop, participants increased their knowledge and understanding of the 3 concepts above, and have acquired new advocacy and campaigning skills to collectively address stigma using a right-based and reproductive justice framework.
